A Tribute to Grandma Weesie

Chris’s grandmother spent her life in Dunmore, Pa and his family recently had a wonderful memorial service for her there. Here is a photo collage that was displayed at her service.

Jonah’s Bar Mitzvah

Last month we were honored to photograph Jonah’s Bar Mitzvah celebration in Boston. The event was designed and coordinated by Michele at Hopple Popple and she did an outstanding job. The candy bar was a huge hit as were the custom made hats and the awesome instrument themed table decorations. We have photographed a few events for Hopple Popple and they are definitely worth the expense, their parties are so fun and creative. Jonah had a great time dancing with his friends and the adults were doing a lot of dancing as well.

Wentworth By the Sea Country Club

Last month on a crystal clear October day we had the pleasure of photographing Meghan and Matt’s wedding at the Wentworth by the Sea Country Club. The ceremony took place on the grounds overlooking the water and the Wentworth Hotel which was breathtaking, especially in the twilight with the boats in the harbor. It was great to see the bride’s cousin, Kevin whose wedding we photographed last year in Maine along with his wife Becky. The tent was cozy and I especially liked the boats they made for placecards, very nautical indeed! Our best wishes go out to M and M!

Go Red For Women

This was our fourth year of covering the Go Red for Women event for the American Heart Association. This year the keynote speaker was Ginger Zimmerman from upstate New York. Ginger was a wonderful speaker with a heartbreaking story, not a dry eye in the room. The event was held at the Coastal House in Wells and the MC was Kim Block from News Channel 13. The tables were decorated with little Macy’s bags along with chocolate covered strawberries and red dress cookies. Such a great event to promote awareness about women’s heart health. There were also tow workshops with lots of useful information and health screenings. For more information about the American Heart Association click here.

All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth

I love these kids! You might recognize them from earlier posts on the beach, we have been photographing them since the twins were 2. Recently they were in Maine and about to loose their front teeth so their Mom asked us to come over and capture their cute smiles! Smart Mom!
