Baby Kenzie

I had a great time going to Autumn and Chris’s home to photograph their new baby girl, Kenzie. She was wide awake and so adorable. Chris and Autumn are one of our former wedding clients and it brings me such joy to see their lives expand to include their new baby. They are already excellent parents and have a calm way of taking care of their newborn. I know baby Kenzie is going to have lots of love in her life and I feel so happy to know her and her parents. Congrats to you Chris and Autumn and enjoy every minute! Here are a few favs:

Two cute boys

Today we photographed brothers Max and Grady. We also grabbed a few with Mom and Grandmom which was nice. It can be challenging to photograph a newborn and you need lots of patience. We usually block off 2 hours in the studio for our newborn sessions. Max and Grady’s Mom was one of our brides several years ago and now lives in the Boston area. We are so glad she decided to bring the boys in today for portraits.

Hat project starts

I have been wanting to photograph babies in hats so we started this project with Calvin! He is so cute and was such a delight in the studio. He let us put several hats on him while he played with the fire truck. We will be photographing tons of kids in hats over the next several months so stay tuned!
